### 1. About Our Services

FTS provides e-commerce, mobile apps, PWAs and website design and development services for businesses.

### 2. Pricing and Payment Terms

• Payment terms are **50% upfront** (to begin work) and **50% on delivery** (before final handover/go-live of the website), unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Prices, inclusions, and timelines may vary based on custom requirements and will be confirmed with you before work begins.
• All payments are non-refundable once development work has commenced, except as described in Section 5 (Cancellations & Refunds).

### 3. Project Timelines

Estimated delivery timelines will be communicated during your consultation. Timelines depend on factors including the client’s responsiveness (providing content, images, approvals) and the complexity of requirements. Delays caused by the client (e.g., late submission of content) may extend the delivery date accordingly.

### 4. Client Responsibilities

To ensure timely delivery, clients are expected to:

• Provide accurate business information, product details, images, and content required for the website
• Respond to requests for approvals, feedback, or clarifications in a timely manner
• Ensure they have the legal right to use any content, images, logos, or trademarks provided to us for use on their website

FTS is not responsible for delays or issues arising from incomplete, inaccurate, or delayed information provided by the client.

### 5. Cancellations & Refunds

• If a client cancels a project **before development work begins**, the upfront payment may be refunded at FTS’s discretion, minus any consultation or administrative costs already incurred.
• If a client cancels **after development work has begun**, the upfront payment is non-refundable, as it covers work already performed.
• The final 50% payment is due upon completion/delivery of the website and must be paid before the website is transferred, published live, or handed over to the client.

### 6. Intellectual Property

• Upon full payment, ownership of the final website design and content created specifically for the client is transferred to the client.
• FTS retains the right to showcase completed projects (including screenshots and website links) in its own portfolio, marketing materials, and social media, unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
• Any third-party tools, plugins, themes, or licensed assets used in the build remain subject to their respective licensing terms.

### 7. Hosting, Domain & Maintenance

• Unless otherwise specified in your service agreement, website hosting and domain registration are the client’s responsibility and cost, though FTS may assist with setup.
• Post-delivery maintenance, updates, or additional feature requests beyond the agreed scope will be quoted separately.

### 8. Limitation of Liability

FTS strives to deliver quality, functional websites, but we do not guarantee specific business outcomes (such as sales, traffic, or revenue) resulting from the website. FTS is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the website or our services, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

### 9. Communication

By submitting your details through our lead form or contacting us via WhatsApp/phone, you consent to being contacted by FTS regarding your inquiry, project updates, and relevant service offers.

### 10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in [YOUR CITY], India.

Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of our Site or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
